Condolence From: Peter Campaner
Condolence: I made acquaintance with Leo when he worked at Manitoba Pool. We had may lunches together. A real gentleman.

A rich life to be celebrated.

My condolences to the family.

Roy Veneruzzo also sends his condolences along.

Condolence From: Gisele & Larry
Condolence: Our deepest sympathy to the family. Uncle Leo had a very special place in my heart. From my childhood years when he would make that trip to St.Claude to visit with the family to the years that Gerald & I were fortunate enough to spend time living in Thunder Bay. The good times at Loon Lake will never be forgotten! His loss, however, is filled with the years of happy memories...

Condolence From: Richard Rinn
Condolence: Kathy Gerry and I are cousins. We both adored our Aunt Norma, and so did Leo. He was remarkably considerate and giving to her. And it was obviously through her that I met and got to know him a little in his own right. I soon learned that the respectful way he treated her was just an example of the way he treated others. I remember especially well one time when my mother was very ill, and I was up in Thunder Bay visiting the hospital, he invited me to his condo for lunch with Norma. We ended up having a far-ranging conversation that lasted much of the afternoon. Here was a thoughtful, intelligent, funny, and amazingly kind man of the type you don't often get to meet. And for a short time I managed to forget the worry about my Mom, thanks to him. I'm glad I had the opportunity to call him a friend.

Condolence: Our sincere condolences to the family of Uncle Leo. We have very fond memories of our visits with Uncle Leo, from 40 Peter Street in Port Arthur, to his lake house in later years. Those memories will stay with us. He was always warm, welcoming, and witty!

Condolence From: Kathy Gerry
Condolence: I am so sorry to read of your loss of ''Leo''. I only knew him through my aunt Norma Mack, and he was the light of her life, her best friend in her later years. What a generous and kind man, so lively and sociable, that he will surely be missed by all who knew him.
